This page explains what happens to information when you visit midnightforecastle.com or write to us. It is short because we collect very little.

No tracking cookies

This website sets no tracking cookies, runs no advertising pixels, and uses no third-party analytics. There is nothing here that follows you between sites, and no profile is built about you.

The site loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests those font files from Google’s servers. That request includes your IP address, as any web request does. It is not used by us for anything, and we receive no report about it.

Our hosting provider keeps ordinary server logs (IP address, requested page, timestamp) for security and reliability. We do not use those logs to identify individual visitors.

Individual apps have their own policies

The software we build — including Hold the Plan: Golf Discipline — is separate from this website. Each app publishes its own privacy policy describing what it stores, whether data stays on your device, and what happens if you delete it. Please read the policy for the app you are using; nothing on this page overrides it.

Email you send us

If you email hello@midnightforecastle.com, your message and address arrive in a normal business mailbox. We use them only to reply to you and to keep a record of the conversation.

• We do not add you to a mailing list.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your address with anyone.
• You can ask us to delete your message and address at any time, and we will.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the “Last updated” date above will change with it. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
